First met Phill at Derby railway station on my daily commute. We had a brief chat and I took one of his business cards. Best thing I did as some time later I had a gear shift failure. I called Phill and not only did he offer a collect and delivery service, he had my bike up and running within 48 hours. He gave it a full service as we agreed and even changed my bike over to winter tyres.

I’d been meaning to get the family bikes serviced for quite a while but couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of transporting them. A colleague recommended Phil and so I sent him an email with what I needed and so we chatted and he popped round to have a look at them. The fact that Phil can collect and return bikes is invaluable especially for people who are at work fulltime.

I needed a custom made pair of wheels with a hub dynamo without investing in a truing stand. Phil was really quick and professional, taking some time to explain the wheel building process and showing me the spoke tension and dish once the wheel had been built.
